"AVOID at all cost, they do no work and want full fee"

I would strongly advise everyone to avoid Reclaimme at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. They were supposed to help me recover funds from a scam, but in reality, I ended up doing 99% of the work myself. Despite this, they still demanded the full payment for their so-called services, even though I had already paid them$10,000!The director, Shaun van Eeden, has been especially unprofessional, repeatedly threatening me with a CCJ despite the fact they barely contributed anything to my case. Reclaimme did nothing but send generic emails, leaving me to handle all the hard work and communication with my bank. I feel completely ripped off, and their behaviour has been nothing short of predatory. Steer clear of this company if you don't want to be taken advantage of!

"I wanted to bring to your attention a."

I wanted to bring to your attention a recent situation I encountered with [Reclaimme]. After reaching out to them regarding issues with my bank, I requested help regarding my account. Fortunately, I was able to contact the receiving bank and the police, and with their assistance, I was able to retrieve my money.The police followed up with me to inquire if I had received the refund. I promptly responded, making sure to include [Reclaimme] in the copy. However, soon after my reply to the police, [Reclaimme] demanded payment from me. Seeking clarification, I contacted the bank to inquire about the refund I had already received. They confirmed that their decision was based on information provided by the police, and they had not received any communication from [Reclaimme].Despite this, [Reclaimme] continues to insist that the bank was incorrect and that they are responsible for the refund. However, they have failed to provide any evidence to support their claim. Furthermore, [Reclaimme] stated that, according to the contract, I am obligated to make the payment regardless.Given these circumstances, I believe it would be wise for you to assess whether it is advisable to use Reclaimme]'s services.

"Poor Communication."

The communication was poor, in my view. I had to ring the company after not hearing from them for some time and was eventually emailed by William to say they were unable to take on the case. In fairness William was helpful and explained things well however, became less committed in my view with updates and so on indicating to me that they were not interested in taking on the case.Two examples of the poor communication:* I hadn't heard from William for a bit of time so rang Reclaimme and a colleague of his apologised that William was busy with training new colleagues or words to that effect which was unsatisfactory. William emailed 07 Dec: 'I'm sorry for the delay that it's taken me to reply to you.'* William said he'd 'call back tomorrow' (or words to that effect) 12 December 22 22:50 (email) but didn't. I have the email/ phone call (recorded for customer service?) history to back up my comments.
