"Customer support needs attention"
I called the customer service phone number to seek some assistance. First off the automated prompts are not very clear as to which choice to make. I chose on, then entered my account number, waited for a confirmation email, entered that number and waited on hold for 5 minutes and was then disconnected.

"terrible company"
terrible company! i sent my dna test off, and it did not arrive within 55 days from being there, so i contacted customer service and they kept signposting me to an AI bot which was a waste of time. After days of trying i finally got in contact with an actual human who then sent me another one out as they had lost mine. it's been almost 2 months again and it still hasn't arrived at the lab. if you want to waste your time get this kit, but i recommend if you don't want to be fussed about do not get it.

"Every new post, email, seems to have a lot of double ups. can not see what"
I can not see what, for example, My great, great grand father's sister in law's uncle's, sister's brother in law can be a blood relation to me.And all my Theory of relativity are thru my Father.Surely there must be some thru my Mother.A lot of repeats.

"Paid for the complete plan and nothing happened!!"
I paid for the DNA test. I received my ethnicity and matches. There was one close match and I contacted them myself. I paid over $100 for the complete plan, expecting my journey to become more interesting, but nothing. I got bored and hoped for something the next day, but nothing? It appears that I have to do all the work myself, by adding to my family tree. I could have done this without the complete plan. There is no tutorial for the site.

"I'm sure you'll get better later"
The system does not pay enough attention to the data I provide and I receive too many incorrect matches. In the past, matches were marked with stars to indicate the level of match. It's a shame that this practice has stopped. There is no transparency in the fact that there is a connection between My Heritage and other similar sites... it's a shame!

"Myheritage.com charged my credit card not once, but twice, without my authorization.card."
Myheritage.com charged my credit card $408.45 without my authorization. The account manager stated he would refund my card half of the amount. I stated that would be unacceptable since I did not authorize the charge. After several minutes of arguing, he finally agreed to give me a complete refund. He emailed me a credit meme, I checked my credit card activity, only to find he had charged me again. So, I was owed a refund of $816.90. I had to contact them again. They argued with me AGAIN! I am still waiting for the charge to be refunded! Do not use this website!

"Disapporting results"
I gave used Ancestry for my DNA as well as for my family tree. I thought I would submit a DNA sample since My Heritage seems to offer information on ancestors from other countries. First, it took you a long time to get my results back to me. Then your results were were pretty off based. Before a DNA Test, I know I am roughly half Spanish and roughly half Irish. Ancestry has my DNA as 23% Irish, 22% Spanish, 20% Indigenous America-Mexican, 28% Norse Heritage, and 7% of various other regions, My Heritage, on the other hand, came out as 25% Mesoamerican and Andean, 21.9% East European, 15.7 % Irish, Scottish, Welsh, 8% Italian, 6.3% Iberian, and 2.9% Asian. Now I question any Ancestors you claim are related to me. I Know my Spanish relatives came to what is now America in 1504, and i have been able to trace my ancesotrs back to the late 1600's. Unfortuantely, I don't hink I will recommend My Heritage to any of my family.
