Store uses deceptive practices to get you to purchase a membership, Best Buy refuses to price match, found the product $200 cheaper, and Best Buy will not match the price and cancel the membership that I did not order. Sad that the lost a long term customer.

I had an appointment for a alarm system 3 wks ago @best buy in vacaville ca on monte vista rd.I get there & was told I need more work to be done & to come back so 3 wks later I drive all the way there which is 50 miles both ways to get there & THEIR part was working so they tried to schedule for an another appointment & I told them TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE & BOTH GUYS WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NO SMILE OR ANYTHING!!! I talked to the store MANAGER & she wasn't any BETTER!!! I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS ITS AWFUL!!!

Want to give a good review of the Best Buy Geek Squad in Sierra Vista, AZ. I walked in without an appointment and had one for the next day, but tried to see if they could squeeze me in a day early. By Name Anthony from the Geek Squad came out and helped me with my computer issues and told me what I can do with the issues I had, looks like you need to get a new computer or rebuilt one, because mine is just to old and slow. Was straight up honest with me and gave me options on how to get a better computer through Best Buy. Was very helpful and I will recommend this Best Buy store to everyone who needs help. Thank you Best Buy.

I need a power cord for my Microsoft Surface. I want to call store and see if they have it. Can you do that without talking to a bunch of people in the Philippines that tell you- go online and order it there is no way to talk to anyone at the store. UNVELIEVABLE!!!! Zero customer service!

"IPhone battery deceit"

Called Best Buy-Idaho Falls and made an appointment to replace an IPhone battery. Sales associate said the replacement would take 20 minutes. Drove 50 miles to the store and the Geek Squad clerk said "did they tell you on the phone we might not have the battery in-stock? Let me check. Oh, I'm really sorry, we don't have that battery." Wasted time and gas money. Won't shop at Best Buy ever again.

Ordered open-box Apple Watch band and received fake one in original box. Only had a chance to get my purchase two weeks later and all I got from their support is to go to Apple for warranty because I was out of time for exchange. That's a joke. Never buying here again.

Awful in store and phone customer service. No help to customers-no resolution! Auto car install terrible!! They literally break your stuff! They don't fix it- They come up with excuses! They are horrible in everyway! No good management! Most Staff is literally no better! Staff are disrespectful to customers.

I visited the Geek squad counter at Fairless Hills Pa, Guy at counter, Luke, looked and smelt like, he was high as a kite. I doubt he even knew what day it was. I asked for manager and was told there isnt into one. Really? A different geek squad employee came out and did the transaction. His attitude was horrible but at least he wasnt high.

The staff sold me a wonderful desktop tower but misled me twice on adding a monitor. We were given different information by multiple sales people and members of the geek squad and after 5 trips to the store, 20-30 minutes away, i have reverted back to using my old monitor. The desktop tower does not seem to have the proper connections for the 2 monitors i bought and they both had to be returned.Very disappointed in this store
