"Terrible company and terrible service"
Terrible company and terrible service. I stayed more than 5 hours at the street because of this unrespectful company. Driver came and said that it is normal I had a problem haha. If you wait more than 5 hours at street it is normal for this company. And there is no any compensation. They cancelled the trip 3 times and the trip which should happened 17-00 p.m , I could get in the bus only 22-13. I have written them through app but their customer service was such their company- Terrible, unrespectful and irresponsible. Never use, never choose

"Unlawful behaviour from Flixbus"
I had a trip planned with Flixbus from Amsterdam to Paris. First of all the bus was delayed 75 minutes to leave Amsterdam and was 121 minutes delayed on its arrival in Paris. The website clearly states that all trips above 120 minutes would be reimbursed, however, they didn't reimburse with the excuse the bus was only 75 minutes delayed (yet, I arrived in paris 2h late). I can't understand how a company this size can be so unprofessional and not stick with what's written in their official website. Really frustating experience! If you can avoid it, do it.

I've also been asked for more information for my 1 star review from August last year, within 3 days, or the threat of review removal. Fortunately I have the information, but this is very underhand. Even more reason to NEVER travel with them again.

Good service and on time, well organized. Maybe work on more comfortable seats - me as a tall guy >1.90m could not rest well on late hours rides

"After reading the reviews I was worried."
After reading the reviews I was worried I travelled on n11 service from Aberdeen to London, got to Perth I thought what am I doing, 13 hours on a coach. Just before Edinburgh 2 drivers took over the coach (stuart & paul) I remember the names as soon as they got on Stuart gave us a welcome that got us all laughing ?. Both drivers deserve a medal for a packed bus lots of luggage sorting out the loud passengers and music and so on. They were both professional running early to allow us to smoke at each stop, took time to chat to all of us, entertaining the children, they went far and beyond to make my families expirence the best we have encountered on any coach journey and will definitely book again but would want to see them again. (Stuart you left us in stitches even when we were of the coach with your ending speech it's stuck in our heads forever)Book the n11 you may bump into these two and don't read of the negative reviews!!

"Missed my stop! Rude driver."
Bus from Manchester to Leicester diverted via Leeds. Journey time from 2hrs to 5hrs. Bus overshot Leicester. When I approached the driver to enquire about this starting 'Excuse me.' he cut across me saying 'I know' in an aggressive, rude manner. Complained to Flix bus about experience - no refund. Terrible that a bus driver misses a motorway junction, terrible to be treated this way and Flix seem to think it's OK

"Wrong station location !!!"
I had a trip with Flixbus from Vienna to Graz. I was at the exact place on the ticket about 20 minutes before the departure. It was an unsuitable and dangerous place for a bus station, so, I kept looking around, but couldn't find the station and missed the bus. After that, I realized that the true station location is 150 meters away from the location they provided on the application. It was a terrible experience on my first visit to Vienna. The worst part was after complaining about the wrong location they just sent me typical answers and did not accept it. I sent them the images and locations of the correct and wrong locations but kept receiving typical responses. They did not even reform the location !!!

"I disliked the closed toilet"
I liked the direct connection, but profoundly disliked the closed toilet. It was closed as on all other travels between Munich and Ljubljana in recent past. Therefore, I didn't dare to drink a few hours before and during the trip.

"Flixbus is great"
Flixbus is great. Of course it's not the most luxurious way to travel but I am very happy that the company exists. It's unfortunate that most of the competitors went out of business. Nicer, bigger, cleaner toilets would be nice but i will not complain. Compared to how expensive it is to travel with the train flixbus is just fantastic. I drove often with them and i never had a problem. They were always reliable in the past 10 years. Big thanks to flixbus. There were moments in which i would have been unable to travel to my destinations because all the other options are so expensive. But flixbus always had good prices. I can not praise flixbus highly enough for that.
