"I ordered a dress"

I ordered a dress. $15pp which I didn't mind then to be sent an invoice by Royal Mail for $38! Custom tax! Didn't like dress so I sent it back, another $9 to return. Returned the order only to be told that it was a credit note only! Attempted to order a new dress with the credit note and another $21. A day later got 1 email to say that they suspected fraud and I need to send proof of my identity then 2 minutes later another email to say that the dress was out of stock and I will be refunded! All I received was $21 and now no one is responding to my emails!!! Absolutely disgusting service will never order from them again
