Extremely annoyed and upset with ASK4. My Internet Connection has been down for several days and their customer service is uncapable of providing an alrternative solution while their technicians "who dont work on weekends, review the case ... ". The only reason I have ASK4 as a broadband provider is because my building uses them as an internet provider and this left me with no choice than to work with them. Their system is quite complicated and unable to handle sophisticated wireless devices (e.g Speakers, Chromecasts, Routers, etc), definitely would prefer any other conventional Broadband provider.

The staff was really really helpful in setting my tv for me. We were struggling to connect to the internet and Mr Ahmed helped to fix it within 5 minutes. He was really helpful and clear with the instructions.

At any cost please stay away from ASK4. I have been forced to use their services as part of the lease contract. All sounded great but in reality it is a disaster. Customer Care cannot do anything remotely and every ticket I raised required 72h to be responded to, which left me without Wi-Fi for days at times. Furthermore their setup is convoluted and requires that every device's MAC address is added to list of authenticated devices. And even when you do that, you are being prompted to redo the process for no particular reasons. Customer care is unable to support more sophisticated smart device, leaving all my speakers offline and unusable. Generally speaking I wish I could go for regular fiber broadband from Vodafone or Virgin but have no choice. Never had some many issues with internet provider before!!!
