First a purchase xiaomi mi 11 pro EU on 17th of NovemberBecause I chose EU it will take 12 days extra from the normal shipment which is maximum 2 weeks but I received my parcel on 3rd JanuarySecond I was exited to got this product it's my birthday gift to me it was 31st DecemberBut I really get upset and felt badI was contacte with team support on the website I couldn't get clear support and answer after I start worried about my money cuz it's really takes very long timeTo be fare I received my shipment in good box and it was kept in safe wayThanks

Order made on November 20, 9 days to install the Xiaomi rom, and 30 days of delivery !!! finally my package has arrived !!! but then we are very far from the 10 to 14 days estimated .. it took 1 month in total to arrive. seen the time on arrival if I had bought it on another site I would have it paid less. the parcel has spent more than 17 days without moving is without any information from TradingShenzhen who was supposed to make a request to know where the parcel is located, They did absolutely nothing. So yes, very disappointed with the follow-up because you really feel alone in such conditions. I also did not receive the small usb type-c audio cable which is usually sent. If it was a first order, I'm not going to say that it went really well. know that if you have a problem with yunexpress you will be absolutely all alone. and the price difference at the moment will not have helped

Not recommended 10 days after order placed they not ship phone! I need to cancel order! Customer service is joke, few times I ask them simple question :when they will ship phen, I got answer like "soon" or "no worries" or "I will check" this is not good at all! After I place order and pay you Full amount in ADVANCE I expect from you to ship immediately or fast! Never again!!!

The product arrived correctly, it was the right one and the condition it was in was as expected, and the price is very competitive.All good things said, They ignored the poor execution of the shipping service of the product, having to solve it eventually I as a customer on my own, and losing total information of the status and situation of the product for a long time; being clear that they had executed the shipping notice to the company that made the shipment (AS IT WAS CRYSTALLINELY MARKED IN THE INITIAL TRACKING SYSTEM) but not the delivery, delaying the arrival of the product absurdly.I had already bought my previous mobile terminal with them, having a radically different experience, the service has degenea lot, I do not buy a mobile every year, but I am the type of customer who always repeats after a good experience; but after this occasion, they have lost me as a customer, the good thing does not compensate for having felt ignored as a customer, there are more alternatives.

Certainly the problem has been solved but the customer service has been terrible, they only gave me solutions that only qualified personnel can execute (Flack the rom) and never the guarantee or return option, until I have published the opinion on Trustpilot, and After a short while someone competent has been put to the xat and has been able to solve it.and now they have blocked my access to the account and if I have a failure or malfunction in the mobile, how do I get in touch with you?

"Unprofessional communication and questionable quality of products"
I bought oneplus 9 pro as a new device. It was shipped four days later and receive it after two weeks. It was rather quick if you consider that it was from a warehouse in China and I live in Greece. However, it had a screen protector which was not glued at all in both edges (I mean the curved sides of screen). Furthermore, it was a bit thick with rather bad quality. From my experience, factory placed screen protectors are not very thick and are placed without leaving so much space unglued. It looked like a poorly placed screen protector by a man. This makes me wonder if the device was a used one.I send them an email with the problem. After three days they answered me in a rather unprofessional email, that he had bought a samsung and had the same problem and it is a thing that it can happen (I am not kidding, this is how they replied). What kind of a professional discuss a problem as a user in forum? Am I in xda or reddit? They offered me either 10 euros discount or to send them the device back. Furthermore, they told me that if I choose the second, I should not use the money of the refund to buy anything else from them since it can happen the same in the next device.

"Paid for a product almost 4 months ago, still not received and refusing to refund me even though proof was provided"
I am really disappointed by tradingshenzen, i have made a order on 25 May 2021, and have not received it as it got lost or stolen in transit, i have provided proof from our local post service where they say i have not received the package, i also signed an oath requested by tradingshenzen and also provided a police statement that i did receive nothing, it has been more then 3 months (almost 4) and i have not received my refund, i have emailed them everyday for sometime because they did simply ignore me, only response i got was by writing trustpilot reviews and then was threatened by Chang.w that they will not give me service if i don't remove my reviews, as i removed it, they kept ignoring me, and eventually on 22 July chang.w asked their logistics to give feedback on how far they were with the process, i have gotten no response since then from the emails. I wrote a trust pilot review again and then on the review they promised me that they forced their boss to finish the process before the end of the week which was 31 July, After that they simply kept ignoring me, i have not spammed them i sent one maybe 2 emails a week because i still get no feedback and being ignored, it is now august 18 and i have not received my money back, and to me in south africa that is a lot of money that they have taken from me, i mean i paid for a product but never received it and it is almost 4 months later? For a big company like tradingshenzen to treat a customer like this is really shocking anf dissapointing, i did not f ck the order up but now i have to lose my hard earned money, I have and provided proof that i never received anything, but i paid for something, So i ask again when will i receive my refund exactly?? And answer me here because you simply DO NOT give any feedback via emailUpdate: Money finally received back , updated rating to a 2 star since it was not a very great experience and was a big hassle to finally get the refund.
