"No insurance option for some countries"

I ordered mi 11 pro phone which came to me within 2 weeks without any additional charges All as expected, but one thing. I chose tradingshenzen over g...op, despite the worse price, because there was an option to insure the phone for around 70 eur for a 12 month protection. What was my surprise when I was informed that l despite Poland being one of listed countries, this is no longer valid and I can't purchase the insurance. When I went to the customer service with that, they only said they are sorry. Also they have offered that I can give the phone back to them but they will deduct 60eur just like that. Really sis not like that at all.

Willing to replace my beloved but dying Vivo Xplay 6 by a more recent Vivo device, I found this store via fellow French guys through their YouTube channel. Did my due diligence on the store, saw some bad reviews here and there, but I decided to trust that channel and try out that store.After a couple of weeks of hesitation (Vivo changed their philosophy to focus on Photography to the detriment of sound quality), I decided to send an enquiry regarding their refurbished IQOO 10Pro via my corporate address on 9 December 2022, but got no answer. Naively, I thought it was the security filter of my organisation, so I sent another email from my personal email address and was told that someone would revert back with further details regarding the buying process of that refurbished device.On the 12 December at 9.59 am, I received an email saying that the refurbished IQOO device I wanted was reserved for FEW HOURS, after what, if I did not confirm my interest by sending the payment, it would then be available to someone else.At 10.25 am (i.e. less than 30 minutes after the previous email), I received another email saying that the device was ALREADY available for someone else.When I argued that not respecting their own rules was not fair, nor commercial, they simply ignored me: surprisingly childish and immature considering the fact that it was the simple truth.I have been buying chinese smartphones for a decade (Meizu MX4 Pro, LeTV Le Max X900, Vivo Xplay 6), and it's the first time I experience such ridiculous behaviour from a Chinese merchant.At first, I was a bit bothered, but after reading the bad reviews more carefully now, especially those complaining about receving used phones instead of new ones, I actually feel like I was saved from a very unpleasant experience.

Bought a Mi 11 Pro, order ref BWEZVRCMR. Shipping was fast, took about a month but that is fast considering the country I live in. The service was steller and the device was pre tested. Everything has been working well so far (two weeks now). The only improvement I would recommend is to charge the phone back to 50% before sending to the customer as I received it completely battery drained.

"Succesful transaction with a some problems."

I'am very satisfied with smartphone OnePlus 12 that I bought using TradingShenzen. However, I don't like the transaction took too long. I bought my smartphone 02/22/2024 and I received it 03/20/2024. So almost one month later. Moreover, most of that time, tracking record for that transaction was inaccessibled for me, so that was a bit stressful situation. In addition I have to say that TradingShenzen's customer service was at a good level.

The price of the phone was very good when compared to the other shops. Phone is working fine so far, I hope there will be no issues for a few years. The only negative was the length of the shipping (3 weeks), especially when the shipping fee was quite expensive.And one strange thing happened: I chose to deliver the phone to my work address. But Tradingshenzen informed me that they couldn't ship it there because of some policy, so they told me the phone will be delivered to my home address. And guess what. In the end the phone was delivered to my work address.

"An experience that started in a bad way then turned into good"

I placed my order CDCQSDKVQ on 15th October '21.Order has been shipped using a super economy service and the parcel ended up to the local Post/Mail service to be delivered at my place, after 3 weeks.From that moment the problems started:- the parcel was apparently out for delivery for the first time on Nov 9th and, from that day, the tracking was showing "out of delivery" without updates- after having contacted the local Post Customer Care, they told me the parcel got lost, so I had to talk to the shipper to get a refundImmediately, I contacted the customer support @ Tradingshenzen and, every time, they responded with very generic sentences: "we'll take care of that", "we are checking", "we will let you know" without informing about the details of the actions taken.So, the after-sales assistance needs to be improved.At the end, thankfully, the product has been delivered after 6 weeks of waiting, perfectly in compliance with the expectations (good product, good price).Improving a bit the after sales support, the site can easily become a five stars supplier!Anyway, I'll buy again from them in case of need!

Ordered Huawei P50 Pro and received with scratched factory screen protector. Sales co sultan promised to send replacement for screen protector, but received wrong type, as this mobile phone has rounded edges of screen.
