My order didn't arrive though communication was fine and I was told there was a record of it being sent. However, there is no tracking so I can't contact the freight company and just have to wear the non-arrival of my book. WoB did do a quick $ return through PayPal. Thanks for that. Just wish I knew where the book got to.

Got home to an empty envelope. I think Royal Mail had left the package hanging out of the mailbox. When I messaged about this (after battling with a not very intelligent AI chatbot), they didn't even acknowledge my message.

Excellent in every respect but the description of the condition of used books. The condition of the book I bought was described as good, but I would say below average, although importantly, it was complete.

Absolutely awful experience I bought two books from them and what arrived was completely wrong, tried contacting customer service and they stopped responding after the first message, I spent $50 and feel like I've been scammed. Wrong items and lied about condition one of the books arrived with multiple tears and that apparently is "very good" condition.
