Customer service completely useless and unhelpful. Have an urgent issue with a frustclient and just want to be able to speak to someone on the phone to talk me through a very complicated sounding process. The advice the agents give me via Live Chat is poor and they keep pointing me to irrelevant or complicated how to guides on how to do stuff. My issue is still not resolved and worse than before in that my client is now not receiving emails. Poor show all around.

Great Experience Till Now With Hostinger. Using Hostinger Hostinger for more than 2 years. Great Services And Helpful Customer Support. Editing my review cuz for me, Hostinger is not the best hosting provider anymore. I Faced many issues in the last 2 months but Hostinger support helped me , and nowadays Hostinger support is even unable to solve the same issue they solved 1 month before.

"The promos are good but renewal is a scam"

Grerat service and support BUT be aware that they will charge you unto 6 times more for a renewal on a year. Like, you get a promotion for 4 years, you pay 10 per each year. OK then you have to renew on the year 5, it will cost you 300. Like that, thats not fair. And if you create a new account, it cost you 10. So you have to migrate everything and make a mess to keep having a good price.

Hostinger is far superior to my previous hosting provider, specifically regarding the delivery speed of my websites, navigating their website to manage my sites and finding tutorials or getting specific help on any issues I face. The only improvement I'd like would be faster response time when transferred to their live customer support team. The AI support has been excellent though and that's instantaneous, but sometimes you DO need an actual living person. :-)

I have recently migmy running club's website to Hostinger and have been most impressed with their customer service. I was having trouble with accessing the website after uploading all the files and database to the Hostinger server so I contacted their technical specialists over the "Chat Facility" A very friendly helpful young lady called Zhi very quickly understood my problem and enabled me to identify two small errors which had fatal consequences. Correction of these errors was quickly established and the website now works perfectly again - so my sincere thanks to Zhi who also gave me some useful tips on how to identify these errors in the future. I have also been very impressed with the facilities on the Hostinger website which greatly helps the administration of the website - far superior to those of my old host provider.So well done Hostinger, I would recommend to anyone contemplating setting up a website or, indeed, looking for a new host provider.
