"NEVER USE THIS COMAPANY"

I was waiting at the JFK Airport. The driver never showed up. He never called me. Customer service called me only once to tell me to wait outside the airport. I waited TWO hours. And they took my money. They said they have to pay for the driver without giving me a refund. It was a complete no-show. I waited outside in cold weather for nothing and lost money. This company is horrible. Never use Transfeero. I keep requesting the refund but they are rude and repeatedly say they have to pay the driver who never showed up. And now no reponse.

We booked a reservation for 9:15 the morning of our flight. Soon afterwards, I received a call recommending that I move my reservation to 8:00 because of road construction. This was for our flight home, so I agreed. However, there was no construction. I believe we were lied to so that we could accommodate their schedule for a pickup soon after our drop off.

Our driver Asim was prompt and friendly, the car was comfortable and clean. The booking process was smooth and allowed for a time change easily. The driver information was sent only a few hours before the pickup time which made me a little nervous for our am pickups but he was on time (even early) both times.
