Awful news from eHarmony support if you were caught out by an automatic renewal which cost you a pretty penny, no refund. I hate these sneaky subscription services that doesn't remind anyone, payments are taken silently and automatically because they would rather rinse you of your money before you back out of their system that most likely hasn't worked for you. It's a massive problem for people struggling financially to be hit with a surprise bill, especially if you signed up for 12 months, 12 months ago and life means you're not thinking about a damn subscription. Noone reads the terms of service, everyone knows this and yet the response you will get from customer support is that you should read the terms of service which will prove you are not eligible for a refund. I'm disgusted and thoroughly pissed off with how companies are allowed to operate in this way, not all do. Very unhappy customer here, I highly doubt anyone in charge cares enough to look at and act upon feedback. However reviews are public, lasting and how people vote with their wallets. I have used and will continue to use dating apps in the future but my money is going elsewhere. The app itself has awkward UI where buttons like 'favourite' and 'remove' are right next to eachother. Users feeds are filled with accounts that haven't any pictures and that's the experience with a premium account, without paying eHarmony is dead weight on your device. The logical response to all this is to uninstall and take your money elsewhere. Afterall without your money eHarmony cannot be sustainable as a business, at which point they either wise up and provide a better service to their customers or cease to exist. Mission Failed Successfully.

"Not Worth It."

Terrible! I had a chat with just one person and we both decided we had nothing in common with each other. This was a total waste of time and money. How do they match such unlikely people together and call it science? Everyone else who contacted me was clearly not my type of person and those that I contacted didn't reply. What a waste. Don't bother with this site.

Absolutely shocking site!!!. stay well clear!!!!. App terrible, customer service terrible. over priced and not a lot of men to choose from as everyone else got the memo not to join!!!

Exactly what everyone else is saying! And now I have to pay a year's subscription after cancelling because it's such a poor website and not worth $1 a year! after being threatened by debt collectors when I struggle to pay the heating bill never mind some poor excuse of a dating site, they are out to scam vulnerable people and it should be stopped it's cruel!

"Useless company, avoid at all costs"

As 90% of the other reviews rightfully say, this company is a scam. Their terms and conditions are all over the place and they don't cancel your subscription regardless of when you do it. I'm now tied into 12-months of paying these frauds $17 a month which they have refused to discuss with me and have seized all communications directly. You couldn't pay me to use this app and I hope they and the frauds that run it get what they deserve. Never use this pile of crap

"Complete and utter rip off"

Complete and utter rip off. Please read the conditions carefully. I took out a 12mths premium membership with a 3 months initial discount, making one payment of $14.95 within an hour I had come across Trust pilots reviews and changed my mind seeing how many people they had ripped off. Having not used their service at all I was under the illusion (didn't read the terms and conditions which are geared to earn this company every penny it can) that if I cancelled within 14 days I would get a full refund and cancellation of my unused account. NOW the rip off part, I get an email telling me that the personality report they dump on you with or without consent costs, get this $130 but as a premium member (even though I cancelled within the 14 day period and had not used their service) I would get a 50% discount so the balance owed was $65 less the $14.95 already paid meaning I still had to pay this RIP OFF company $50.05 for absolutely nothing apart from some useless standardised report that I did not ask for or want. PLEASE SOMEONE stop this company RIPPING people off.And anyone even considering using EHARMONY please save your hard earned cash and try another dating site.

Paid the fee but, after only a day realised that there's few people on the site and it's a waste of time so I cancelled the next day (very difficult to do) any way had to email them they cancelled my subscription straight away but, did not refund me in full kept $65 which I'm going to dispute . So my advice is steer clear of these fraudsters!!!

"Failed experiment and dying app"

Pretty much empty space. Had several conversations with flaky women going nowhere, but that's it. Not a lot of new faces in about month and a half of usage.
