Do not. All caps DO NOT. Complete rip off. Paying over $20 a month and from last 3 months only 10 members that I can "discover" none my cup of tea, same 10 members for 3 months!!!I asked for cancellation, appearantly I can cancel anytime but have to pay for the year since I am contracted for a year. Seriously a complete rip off.

Do not even bother! Scammers in my eyes. Tried to cancel after 1hr. They sent me an email confirming cancellation and had already took $65 cancellation fee from my account. DISGRACEFUL

Dreadful site don't bother with it. A complete waste of time and effort. I was on there one week and only got interest from people who either lived hundreds of miles away or abroad!When I pulled my membership they had the gall to charge me a non negotiable 65 pounds cancellation fee, this was reviewed on my protest at having to pay with a condasending email and no offer of a reduction claiming this was good value for money. What about a cooling off period? In eHarmonys world they clearly don't exist.I paid good money after an initial fee of $22 then for eHarmony doing absolutely bugger all to find me anyone suitable. It's a sham. Be warned stay away or you will end up as disappointed as I am.

Terrible terrible dating site. It is not free. The site is absolutely useless in terms of functionality unless you pay. The membership is expensive and completely pointless because hardly anyone responds to messages or sends messages. In 19 months I had one terrible date. The profiling and matching is useless. Most of the people I have been matched with have not been 'my type'. There are much better and cheaper dating sites. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH EHARMONY. The customer service team are unhelpful and just respond with nonsense, scripted responses. Once they have your money, they aren't interested.
