The clutch on my car went on a busy dual carriage way approaching a major roundabout - at rush hour! It was an awful experience but I called emergency assist using the contact number on my policy and they were extremely helpful. They said I would get a call within the next hour to let me know when recovery would be available. I got a call back in about 20 minutes and the recovery arrived less than 30 minutes after that so overall under an hour after my breakdown. A friend recently had to call the AA for breakdown assistance and was waiting over three hours. I can't recommend Emergency Assist enough!

Absolutely disgusting service You refused to come out to tow us home plus I had a 96 year old with us as we were at hospital and all you said was no we don't have a low enough lorry
