"Good experience"

Enjoyed our stay at the spacious apartment. Booking & check in were seamless & friendly.The rooms gave us plenty of room to spread out, it was very quiet in spite of being close to a busy road. On a warm day the pool was a lovely bonus as was the simple breakfast to set us on our way. Would definitely stay at these hotels again as the price & cleanliness was very good.

"Club1 in a pinch"

Had to use Club1 in a pinch. All of the reservations were being made smoothly until Club1's site crashed. 24 hours later when the site was fixed, my reservations were gone....EVERY ROOM BOOKED. I was very disappointed. Eventually, two different hotels were located in close proximity. I had to stay one day at one location, a few days at a different location. All this with kids and animals. It was a bummer. I hate the sign on system (unless fixed). I did like that Club1 management communicated. Bummer that I was compensated somehow but... Oh well.

For my birthday in July I had booked the Hard Rock in DR. I had initially booked my own room and last minute my best friend surprised me with going. I contacted customer service to make the adjustment and they were very responsive and helped me the entire time to ensure the change happened before I arrived as well as even finding me a discount they can add to the room.

Man I used them for the first time and I was amazed by how much I saved it was nearly half on 3 rooms in Vegas at treasure island I would have done my car and flight but it was a test run I will definitely utilize all that they have to offer because I can just imagine how much I could have saved had I done my complete trip through them thanks great experience
