Print quality and fold were unacceptable. When cards were folded, ink cracked along the seam showing the white paper underneath and the fold was off by a quarter of an inch. This was the second time for this as they reprinted and resent the cards. Had to get them out so was stuck with them and out the poor quality cards.

Sometimes I get a little confused on how to navigate the website so I called & spoke with a rep and she helped me through the process of making changes to my business cards, checking to make sure that the color goes all the way to the edge and how to use the free shipping code I had received. My business cards came in good timing.

Soggy deliveryTheir products are well made and accurate. However I recently got a delivery left on the rain which ruined the mailing labels. UPS refused a complaint. 123 Print did not respond to my complaint.The rest to the story is: 123 Prints has now contacted me and is sending replacement labels. This is above and beyond since UPS caused the problem. Happy customer.
