tengo ya casi un mes desde que ingrese a la billetera, sin embargo aun no me han verificado para poder utilizar todos sus beneficios, por favor atender mi caso... tengo mi dinero alli sin poder moverlo.

Went to receive some monero into my wallet but turns out their "intake isnt setup right" for that currency or something so my money is just sitting there waiting for them to allow me to get a deposit when their systems allows it.... well it should say that in the address screen instead of giving you an address. Now Im out my transfer or waiting for who knows how long. I was really interested in staking and buying some of their currency but now I wish I hadnt tried to transfer in and wont be transferring more until I see my money.
