This is a misleading app. It says its the NHS app as its the first app that comes up when typing "NHS UK app" into the play store. My meds were not delivered. Which meant I went several days without life preserving medication. My pharmacist had to do an emergencency request to get the medication that I need. A fraudelent app, the start of the privitasation of the NHS. Completely useless and caused more problems. Zero stars. Don't download this app and mistake it for the official NHS app just because it has the NHS logo on it. Pharmacy 2 u you should be ashamed of yourself

Terrible communication, phone system that doesn't work, kicks you out telling you that you will receive a call back and you don't receive one, did this three times to no avail.Emailed them to get a reply saying communication now closed please use the phone number that doesn't work!!!!
