"Great product and service"

Great product! Exactly the same as the pictures/ description on the website. Customer service was a great help and responded to me within 24hours and shipping was speedy!

"Ordered a birthday present from them."

Ordered a birthday present from them (men's bracelet), which broke within a week, due to the closing mechanism being poor quality. Fine, got a replacement and the same thing happened: it just fell off the wrist while sat down!!! The customer service is a joke, tried to send me another item after I very clearly asked for a refund at that point and they completely ignored my request. The next day when I reiteI want a refund, they lied to me saying the product had been delivered, however no dispatch email or parcel in my name arrived (it also says it takes 5 working days and this was only 15-20 hours later). At which point I informed them I am prepared to report them to consumer protection and got a refund within 5 minutes. so it was possible then?..Very disappointing company and poor quality items clearly

Order 3 items which were in stock online, but ironically they can't fulfill my most expensive item that had the most discount because apparently it's out of stock? When I've notified them straight away that I no longer want the other items because that was the main item I wanted they tell me it's been shipped already even though I had no dispatch confirmation! I don't want my items now you can't fulfill my order! Refund me the full amount! ORDER #874900

"Poor quality products"

Poor quality design of chain, couldn't even try it on it was that complicated but yet I had to pay euro5 to return the product and they wouldn't even cover the cost of sending me just the pendant on its own. worst design on jewellery I've ever seen and poor customer service, they didn't care for the inconvenience their poor quality products had caused me. The jumper I also ordered was horrible quality, it felt stiff and like it had been washed 50 times in a row. First and last time I order from this company ??

My order literally came within 3 days, I live in Amsterdam so I didn't expect it would come so quick. The way my order was packaged was neat as well! I'm very satisfied.

I ordered a pair of grey and black tracksuits in different sizes after seeing the brand pop up on my instagram page a few times. Both arrived within two days and looked great. I preferred the fit of one pair and sent the other ones back, experiencing no issues. I'm definitely going to be returning to buy a few more variations. Already started receiving compliments on them!
