I followed the instructions on the website for delaying the next shipment. They shipped and billed it anyway and told me I should have called instead. Ok fine. Then why is there a process on the website for doing this if they're just going to ignore it? Never again.

I was not overjoyed by the automatic refills. So I decided to cancel my subscription. When I called I spoke with Phyllis. She was very helpful and professional as she walked me through the cancelation.

Placed an order and waited almost 2 weeks with no notification or tracking, I called in and was told I was supposed to check my "portal" to complete the order yet was given no notification whatsoever of this last step. This company is a joke and I will never order again

UPDATE 1/5, Dr explained they were closed and were not working on the day I ordered, so I Ordered, billed immediately still waiting no information Ordered mid week last week again and was billed immediately. Received several emails saying order accepted and being processed. I called Saturday and still nothing shipped. Customer support said I ordered Saturday and they would ship in two business days. The website promises 2day service. I'm still waiting after talking with customer service again today. I'm canceling my order if I don't get a tracking number tomorrow. Use another site with better service, it's easier and faster with other sites. Tried this one but I will not return. No one told me that the business would be down several days, so I expected normal service. Hoorah! The medication arrived this week and an additional product was sent free. It's a nice gesture, also received a nice letter explaining the confusion. I'm grateful for the support and will amend my message to 3 stars for now. I am experiencing some side effects but the medication is working and I will try once more in the months ahead. Happy New Year to all!

"I put an order in Feb"
I put an order in Feb. 2023 paid for the order through Rex MD they received my payment charged my account and I never received my order going on not April still no product from my order. I ask a number of times for a response, for when I could expect my order and I get no response at all no feed back nothing from this company if they don't plan on filing my order they can at least refund the money they took from me. Don't ever order any product from Rex MD unless you want to give away your money and never receive your order for no product.

"Very poor follow up service"
I was able to order the product but have had problems connecting with the website. For some reason, the password was changed and when they send me a password retrieval e-mail, it tells me the URL doesn't exist. Then when I phone, I'm on hold for nearly 20 minutes. Once I spoke with an actual human, shee found my order and assured me it had been shipped. But when I tried to check the tracking number, nothing comes up on USPS. Can't tell you about the product but the customer service is incredibly bad.
