I'm not exaggerating when I say that Ellena Fit Coaching has changed my life. I joined in June 2023 and was paired with Ellie as my coach, who is an absolutely knowledgeable, accessible, encouraging, and non-judgemental force of nature. In fact, I loved my experience so much that I chose to extend my initial 12-week program indefinitely. I'm now going on my 20th week with Ellie and have seen some insane strength, aesthetic, and emotional changes. My boyfriend, who was initially skeptical of me trusting my health to an online stranger, has noticed positive changes to my mood and body (and we know how unperceptive men can be).In June, I was sooo nervous & skeptical about joining Ellena Fit Coaching, as I had never done online coaching, had never strength trained, and was petrified of increasing my calories. It seems crazy to say this now, but I had been starving myself (aiming for 1000 cals a day) and binging since I was 18 (I'm 28 now). I had spent years doing home HIIT workouts and random workout classes, and had seen absolutely no effects. I felt absolutely lost and sick of this endless cycle and was desperate for change. So if you're anything like me, I would encourage you to trust the process, trust these ladies, believe in yourself, and reap the emotional and physical rewards. Ellie has helped me make sustainable and intuitive lifestyle changes that I will carry forward with me for the rest of my life. Week 7 complete on my 12 week plan and I'm so happy and feeling the most confident I have in a long time. I could not have made the progress I have without Ellie who has coached me through it, I'm 7 lbs down but more importantly looking leaner and dropping cms all over and mentally in such a good place with food and training. She has helped me not fall off the band wagon and helped me stay on track whilst having a super busy work life, social life and even going away on holiday. What I like is that I can choose what I eat in line with tailored macros, given me food freedom.I have not felt restricted once or panicked because of the scale weihht which I have on other plans or when doing a fat loss journey myself in the past. I've also enjoyed all my workouts but if I have needed to switch something out Ellie has provided alternate exercises and made it work for me.I can't recommend her coaching enough, her support is second to none and she always makes time to respond to me daily/weekly. So I asked for Ellie s e cookbook from my husband for my Christmas . As her recipes are fab but also the kids loved them too! So win win . However, on purchasing the cookbook my husband decided to sign me up to the 3 month programme as I am always going on about fitness and also have my big 40 this year. 5 weeks on absolutely love it. So super grateful to be signed up!There is lots of encouragement through the what s app group but also fun challenges to do weekly ! I have also learned about reaching my target Marcos, and especially my protein target has really helped me! I feel that by checking in with Ellie and Lizzie this keeps you accountable but also if you have any question no matter how silly you may feel they are there to help. Although, I am at the start of my journey this will hopefully be a life style change for me, rather than a quick fix ! Buzzing to continue .
