Purchased a year subscription, no problems there. The product itself is good. But when you pay they sign you up to another 2 free trial subscriptions you didn t ask for. And they send you no email about them, and no email when they are about to recur. So you pay your Dollar 30, and then suddenly you get a charge for Dollar 200 for a course . If you re charging $ 30 for your product, and Dollar 200 for a course that people are auto-opted-in for, you re a scam company. Sell the course. Don t sell the course. Give people a free trial and then cancel it when it s done. Any company that auto-bills like this is running a con. I now don t trust them with my card information

Our company recently acquired a service from Rank Math, with the expectation of receiving adequate technical support as part of our agreement. Unfortunately, our experience with their support team has been far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to resolve critical issues impacting our operations, the assistance provided by Rank Math has been inadequate and has failed to meet the promised standards. The service may or may not be adequate but what is definitely inadequate is the level of customer support they provide. UPDATE: Rank Math team is trying their best to have this review removed but we won t let them and our ready to provide any documentary evidence anyone wishes to see.
