Had a great experience with SimplyNUC. I ordered during the long, covid-impacted supply chain problems, and SimplyNUC communicated very well about it. As to the product, its fabulous. My Panther Canyon model chugs away as my household Linux server doing hw transcodes for Plex, hosting Too Many Minecraft servers etc etc. Great stuff. Great company.

No issues with my Ruby after about two years. Good customer support. There was a minor hiccup when I ordered with Linux installed, and apparently they didnt have the image ready or something. But I was planning to wipe the drive myself anyway, so no big deal. They communicated well, changed the order to a different option, and gave free expedited shipping. Thanks!

"Love These NUCs"

Love these NUC kits (2nd one I've purchased in 4 years). I use it for productivity (software engineer). Small footprint, and with kit, can add on quality mem and disk easily. I don't game, so no opinion there. Intel's driver support and the build quality are top-notch and super-easy.

Replaced an 8 year old mini-tower with an Intel NUC 13 Pro (which is an impressive little machine). Since this was a replacement for an older computer which died abruptly, I am greatly appreciative of SimplyNUC's quick order fulfillment. I had placed my order via chat/email late Friday, it shipped Monday, and was in my hands before noon on Tuesday. Nancy was super helpful answering my questions and assisting with my order. Performing a full reset/restore is always a bit unnerving. Unanticipated events can occur. So it's important to have reliable and competent allies to get you over the hurdles. And as competent and reliable allies, Nancy and Alicia are as good as they get. I was up and running in barely a day. Considering some of the experiences I've had with other computer service providers - that is amazing.Great product (my NUC is nearly 5 years old!) and Great Service.
