"Not The Bank For Me"

My experience has not been great. I don t feel that their banking processes are any different or any more beneficial than larger scale banks. I was treated horribly for missing two car payments because I lost my mom to suicide and had a baby in the same week. I was in over my head. This company offered no compassion, no extension, no help, no solutions, no communication just one threat to repo my car on Christmas (after paying consistently for 4 years and no issues). My mortgage company helped (grateful that I didn t use This company), my credit card company was understanding - It wasn t that I didn t have money it was because I was overwhelmed. This company doesn t care about their customers anymore than any other bank does.
